Loaded with minerals and protein, these are a staple at our house.

Snails Taking a Butter Bath with Just Shallots, Parsley and Garlic

  •  1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Just Shallots
  • 1 can of snails.

Add all ingredients to an oven safe dish.  

Cook at 350 degrees for 15 min, until butter is sizzling. 

Serve.
