Our Aromatic Blends
The Building Blocks of Flavor
What are Aromatics?
From humble beginnings amazing flavors emerge. Specific aromatic blends are used as a foundation of flavor in cooking. Almost every culture has their own unique combination of aromatics. For instance, in France they use Mirepoix and Duxelles, in Asia the heart of their cooking is a vibrant combination of ginger, garlic and scallions, a blend we call Three Star Blend. From Italy to Louisiana, USA different aromatic combinations help define the tastes of the region. Adding a different aromatic blend can completely change the overall flavor profile of a dish.
How do I use Culture Aromatics?

How are Culture Aromatics made?
At Culture Aromatics we hand select nutritious, organic vegetables and herbs and gently dehydrate them. Once dehydrated we mill and combine the aromatics in specific proportions to create our fantastic aromatic starters. Our drying process preserves the nutrients and flavor. Savor the harvest long after the last tomato has been plucked from it's vine.
